| Ralph White, Managing Member Mr. White was Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer in the Financial Solutions Group at Marsh and McLennan Securities, now called Marsh Enterprise Risk. He headed Chase's Commodity Finance Division in Hong Kong and led its Japanese Business Development Team. He brings expertise in valuations, strategic planning, asset and liability management, financial reporting and controls, risk management, international trade and export finance, and high technology. Mr. White's MBA is from Columbia Business School. David Smith, Managing Director Mr. Smith was a Vice President in Mellon Bank's Corporate Finance Group, and brings expertise in evaluating managements and strategies, valuing investments, and making investment decisions. He also contributes comprehensive investment research capabilities and is an expert financial modeler. Mr. Smith has earned a CFA, and his MBA is from Columbia Business School. Gary Dycus, Mr. Dycus was a Managing Director at MBIA, and Risk Manager in their Financial Institutions Group. He brings expertise in credit audit, credit policy, commercial real estate finance, structured finance, and asset-backed securities. He has extensive small business consulting experience. Gary was a Captain in the US Army, and has a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois. Colin Redhead Mr. Redhead was a Vice President in Private Placements with J.P. Morgan Securities. He brings considerable experience in debt capital markets, originating, structuring and executing complex transactions in several industries. He has strong technical and analytical abilities in marketing, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation. Mr. Redhead's MBA is from Harvard Business School. Carolyn Holmes Ms. Holmes was Chief Credit and Risk Officer at the Kuwait Real Estate Bank, a privately-owned bank in Kuwait. At Chase, she was the Division Executive of the Textile and Apparel Division, and HR Executive for the Global Trading and Securities Sector . She brings expertise in human resources, international finance, trade finance, credit product marketing, and credit and risk management. Ms. Holmes has an MA in Slavic Languages from NYU, and she attended the New York University Graduate School of Business. Mark DeRugeriis Mr. DeRugeriis is CEO of a turnaround project known as Blue Chip Farms. He was a team leader in Mergers and Acquisitions at Mitsubishi Trust. In addition to his turnaround specialty, he is an advanced computer modeler and financial forecasting specialist. Mr. DeRugeriis is a hands-on manager. His MBA is from Pace University. Gary Benschip Mr. Benschip was Treasurer of Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a $750 million diversified engineering and manufacturing company, listed on the NYSE. He is experienced in all aspects of treasury operations, budgeting, banking and finance, M&A, investor relations, business restructurings, strategic planning, risk management, and benefits plans. Mr. Benschip's MBA is from DePaul University. |
